Goddess Gaia, Pacha Mama, Mother Earth, whatever you choose to call her, resonates at a vibration of Love, of pure heart resonance. All of nature is attuned to that heart frequency; we can feel it when we are in nature, away from it all. We can fill the fullness that is present. We can feel the peace and harmony that is core to natures functioning. We can feel the unity and cooperation by all the vital, equally important, equally respected aspects of nature.
Our human bodies are designed to resonate at that same frequency, the frequency of Love, the frequency of Growth, the frequency Peace; just like all of nature does.
Take a minute to think of your favorite spot in nature. Breathing slowly and deeply, let yourself imagine it, picture it in your mind. Imagine that you can hear the sounds of your favorite spot out with the Mother. Imagine that you feel the creatures that inhabit that land. Imagine that your senses are experiencing that beloved part of the Mother, feeling the wind, smelling the flowers, tasting the freshness of the air. Allow yourself to remember all the reasons you love that spot as you take 4 or 5 more slow deep breaths.
Now notice your heart space. Do you feel gratitude, love, peace, aliveness? Just from spending a few minutes thinking about your favorite place to connect with the Mother, with the Goddess with Love. That presence, those feelings of connection are always available to us. We just forget to sense, feel or allow it to be present in our awareness. We imagine that the walls and the floor keep us separate from the “out there”. We recognize the reality that we are never separate; the truth in our heart is that we are all One. That we are always unconsciously or consciously One. That One is Love. Walls and floors cannot keep us from that truth, nor can they keep us from feeling the support, peace, wisdom and Love that comes from that connection. Only we can keep us from that, with our thoughts.
All the thoughts and stories that we tell ourselves about who we are and who the other is. Stories that were given to us by people who didn’t really know who they were, people who were believing in the fears and limitations they had been taught. This is what keeps us from feeling our connection with all that is, from feeling the Love that oozes out of creation.
When we can be present, fully in this moment we can find that we are the peace, beauty and grace that we call Gaia. We are the creativity and imagination that we call Mother Earth. We are that resonance of Love. The Love that causes Mother Earth to rotate around the sun. The Love that causes flowers to bloom and acorns to become Oak trees. The Love that is who we really are; is also the essence of everything we see, the essence of all that is. The Heart Resonance of Pacha Mama, is the Heart Resonance of the Universe, is the Heart Resonance of You, is the Heart Resonance of Love.
This Heart Resonance is the very place that we can co-create the life we dream of a life that is purposeful, a life full of Love and gratitude, a life that makes us feel alive and of service to Love. For when we are in that Heart Resonance space we are in Divine Alignment; we are in resonance with Love, with the force that created the universe. That is the resonance of growth, expansion, imagination, innovation, wisdom and peace. When we align with that force, Love, we can live in a place of heart resonance. A place where the universe is whispering “grow, grow”.
Letting go of the old stories and beliefs are part of the healing that we do to be more fully able to live from a heart resonance of Love. Shamanic sound healing is an amazing way to quicken the letting go and empower us to be our highest expression of Love. I will be channeling a Sound Healing Bath for the Equinox later this month. The intention of the Sounds, Vibrations and Light Language will be to bring us back into Divine Alignment, by helping us let go of the old stories and beliefs.
