It is with a heavy heart that I write this. So much pain, fear, hate in the world today. So much seperation. Yet beyond that sadness, I can feel Hope. Hope that Love can, will, has to overcome. That We, humans, have the ability to reach a place of Higher Consciousness. That we can live in a place where all life is sacred, where all of creation is intrinsically connected and divinely unseperable.
MLK’s quote keeps coming to mind lately….”I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality… I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word.” Martin Luther King Jr.
Remember, darkness can not chase out darkness. WE, you and I, have to be the light. We need to be the change we want to see. We are the one’s we have been waiting for. We can wish others would change. But the only place we can really affect change, serious change is with in. Einstein said that “no problem can be solved from the same consciousness that created it”. When we react from fear, sadness, hate we are just perpetuating the problem.
We have to live from a place of Love. A place of wisdom and understanding that we are all connected. We are all brothers and sisters. We all carry the consciousness of Divinity within us. It is our mission here on earth today to let that Higher Consciousness guide our steps.
Let us bring peace to all the situations we encounter. Let us bring our wholehearted intention to evolve. Let us relate to each other by deeply listening, letting go of what we think we already know and be open to what we may learn, see, sense together. Let us get to know the shadow parts of our selves so that we can bring our whole selves to the mission of bringing heaven to earth. And let us each take full responsibility for ourselves. Let us hold each other and ourselves accountable for our actions, our choices, our life. Most of all we have to work to stay out of the stories, out of the past and be present with everything that is right here, right now.
My prayer today is that each of us will be the sun rising at daybreak in a world that seems lost in the starless night.
Much Munay!
